6.3 PKR transaction records, including deposit and withdrawal amounts and timestamps, are retained for a minimum of five years in compliance with anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations. After this period, financial records are securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

8.2 Upon closure of a Player's account, 98pak will retain identity and financial records for a minimum of five years to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Responsible gaming records, including any self-exclusion history, will be retained for a minimum of seven years.
8.3 Technical and usage data collected via cookies is retained for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is aggregated or deleted. Support communications are retained for three years from the date of the last interaction.

10.3 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of affected Players, 98pak will notify affected individuals promptly and will take all reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the breach.
98pak's services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If 98pak discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 18, the associated account will be immediately closed and all personal data relating to that individual will be deleted in accordance with our data retention procedures. Parents or guardians who believe their child may have registered an account with 98pak should contact our support team immediately.
98pak reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the mobile number or email address registered to their account no less than seven days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal compliance reasons.
