3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account with 98pak. The creation of duplicate accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including their full legal name as it appears on their Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Any material change to registered information must be updated promptly by contacting 98pak support.
3.3 Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 98pak will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login details.
3.4 KYC verification is required before withdrawals exceeding Rs 25,000 can be processed. 98pak reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the Account's lifecycle for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
3.5 98pak reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing reasons therefor.
4.1 All transactions on 98pak are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.
4.2 Deposits may be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to the Player's Account instantly under normal circumstances.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 4.4 Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable Bonus Funds wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all outstanding Bonus Funds.
4.5 98pak does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. Players are advised to check with their mobile wallet provider or bank for any charges applied on their end.
4.6 98pak reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on withdrawal requests it deems suspicious, without prior notice to the Player.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time frame specified in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 98pak reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a Player has already claimed a bonus and is actively meeting the wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal, 98pak will honour the wagering obligation under the original terms.
5.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting promotion mechanics, or colluding with other Players, will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses, suspension of the Account, and potential forfeiture of any associated balance.
6.1 Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, 98pak reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by the malfunction and to refund the corresponding stakes to the Player's Account in PKR.

8.2 Self-exclusion may be requested for a defined period or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease. 98pak will not reactivate an Account during an active self-exclusion period.

10.2 98pak makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own devices and networks are adequately protected.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 98pak's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 The collection, storage, and processing of personal data submitted by Players is governed by the 98pak Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 Players' CNIC data and financial information collected during KYC verification are used exclusively for identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance and are not shared with unaffiliated third parties except as required by law.
12.1 98pak reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account no less than seven days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal compliance reasons.
